Growing up as a child of immigrant parents, Martha Elizabeth Aguilar was taught to pursue all her dreams in life. Martha is a proud Latina woman, her mother being from Guatemala and her father from El Salvador. She was given two role models, one who instilled gratitude and one who gifted her drive. Martha is a Northern Jersey Native with gratitude to her upbringing of diverse surroundings. At the young age of 14, Martha began in the Childcare industry. For nearly a decade, Martha went from being a recreation counselor to a teacher’s assistant and later a babysitter for over 15 families and so it was clear that her life mission was to Serve.  Martha assisted the leaders of Tomorrow, our children. Her passion and perseverance helped develop self-taught skill sets, that encouraged a continuous drive in her to further serve on a larger scale.

 

Through the power of choice, she recreated her identity. In October of 2020, Martha transitioned to assist our leaders of Today via Virtual Assisting. Martha virtually assists in diverse industries including Real Estate, Construction and Coaching through Marketing, Coordinating, Management and more.

 

In Addition, Martha is Founder and CEO of Mareli VA, a Virtual Assistant Agency providing VA’s with peak emotional intelligence, sharp communication, reliability, adaptability and bilingual skills to Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and Professionals.

Not to mention, Martha is also Co-Founder and Co-Leader of I AIM Community, an online community of women empowerment focusing on foundation understandings of personal development topics for 8 weeks. Inviting world class female leaders from across the nation to speak and inspire the members of the community. Anchoring to encourage vulnerability, expression and support to all.

Martha's life purpose is to Serve and she serves by listening, loving and leading. Martha's served families with childcare services. She's served children with empathy, care and guidance. She serves her family with presence and assistance. Martha serves her friends with listening and wisdom. She serves her partner with appreciation and consciousness. And Martha serves her community with leadership and understanding.
